04 // Questions we get
Venetian Plaster FAQ
What is Venetian plaster?
Venetian plaster is a lime-based finish applied in thin trowelled layers and burnished to a polished, marble-like surface. It gives luxury wall finishes with rich texture and depth, bringing timeless elegance to any residential or commercial space.
Where does Venetian plaster work best?
Feature walls, entries, fireplaces, restaurant and hospitality interiors, and high-end custom homes, where the depth of the finish is seen up close.
Does Venetian plaster go over drywall?
Yes. It is applied over smooth, primed drywall. Because drywall finishing is also our service, we can take the wall from board to plaster.
Is it residential or commercial?
Both. We apply Venetian plaster in residential and commercial spaces.
